Custom Production Process
The unique capability to take your custom designs and
manufacture them using our production process.

Design

Our designers work primarily with e-cabinets kitchen and cabinet design software. This software is free to any qualifying person or business by contacting e-cabinets. If you are not designing in this software we can take whatever information you have and develop the design for you. With the design complete we can produce pictures and dimensioned drawings to facilitate communication with your customer and installers. Our unique capabilities allow you to specify the type of assembly methods you prefer in your cabinet construction, or if you’re not sure, we can specify our standard or a variation of our standard methods. Over years of designing and assembling cabinets using our custom production process we have developed what we believe to be the best methods, taking into account material yield, cutting efficiencies, ease of assembly and most important of all, quality of the finished product.

Cutting

All of our cutting is done on computer numerically controlled (CNC) equipment. This gives us the flexibility to cut any design at any time without having to change setups. This flexibility is a key feature of our custom production process. The designs are generated at .001” accuracy and the CNC equipment cuts to +/- .004”, we’re talking about accuracies that are difficult to achieve and measure with standard equipment. The CNC equipment allows us to perform other tasks while it is cutting enabling us to get more done with less labor. During this single process we can put in all the features necessary to facilitate case assembly and hardware integration thus eliminating the need for secondary operations and additional handling.
