Design
– We provide everything
from 3-D renderings, for use in your proposals,
to fully dimensioned drawings and cut lists, for
use in fabrication and installation. Installation
drawings may be provided on E size plots, which
allows for all necessary information to be included
on one large drawing.
Component
Cutting
– With our computer
controlled equipment we are able to provide machined
cabinet components to your specifications, with
outstanding precision and consistency. Every component
is identified and labeled to facilitate assembly
after delivery.
Detailing
– To support your
final assembly needs, edge banding is available
for full access cabinets, or screw pockets can
be added to facilitate face frame attachment.
Assembly
– Components come
off our Thermwood CNC with self-locating dados
ready to be joined with “true lines”
for complete accuracy. They are assembled on an
8’ X 15’ precision flat assembly table,
with plenty of capacity to meet all assembly needs.
